We are offering FREE SHIPPING (on orders over $500 CAD) within Canada
Shipped via Canada Post Expedited and trackable.  If you require your purchase by a specific date please let us know before placing your order and we will gladly help as we can.

For all orders being shipped to Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or Yukon under $200, there will be a $35 flat rate standard shipping service fee. For all orders over $200, there will be a $30 flat rate standard shipping service fee.

**Currently we do not ship any where outside of Canada**

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


We strive for our customers to find the perfect item, but we understand sometimes you may have a change of heart. We are happy to accept exchanges only on unworn items within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure original tags are attached, you have a receipt of purchase, and the item has been free from wear.  An exchange will be given on items based off of full purchase price (not including shipping), if applicable.

**Orders shipped out that are NOT picked up or refused by the customer will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus $15 to ship out to the customer **

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item (as long as we have that item in stock), send us an email IMMDEDIATLY at and we'll reply with further instructions.
